A dull ache after sitting or lifting, morning stiffness that eases once you get moving.
Lower back pain is one of the most common reasons people come to see us — whether it started suddenly after lifting something awkwardly, or crept in gradually from long hours sitting at a desk. We assess your movement patterns and load history to find what's actually driving it, then build a plan around hands-on treatment and progressive strengthening.
Treated as part of our physiotherapy service.
